NCAA 96: Arsenal takes bronze in women’s speed kicking bantamweight division


Lady Blazer Melissa Maxine Arsenal was crowned third in the women’s bantamweight category of the speed kicking event earlier today, July 2.

Benilde Lady Blazer Melissa Maxine Arsenal landed a bronze podium finish in the Women’s Bantamweight Division of Speed Kicking earlier today, July 2, on GMA’s GTV network. 

 

Despite the skills and hard work of 20-year-old Arsenal, she was bested by the division’s champion Princess Angel Doria of San Beda University (SBU) with 6.700, 0.383 higher than Arsenal, and Colegio de San Juan de Letran’s (CSJL) bet Adessa Grace Del Castillo who finished second with a score of 6.642.

 

Khrystal Marie Mauro of Arellano University (AU) and Red Lion Lara Alejandrea Andres both came in fourth with a score of 6.067, followed by Marinela De Peralta of Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) with 6.033 and Dannise Nicole Buan of Emilio Aguinaldo College (EAC) with 5.833. Meanwhile, AU’s Alexandra Nesle earned 5.817 points, and Shyenler Emelo Cedo of Jose Rizal University (JRU) scored 5.483, placing last. 

 

The Lady Blazers will compete again tomorrow, July 3, at the same venue.
