The Benildean is the official student magazine of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, crafted by a team of writers and creatives from the Benildean Press Corps
(BPC), the official student-journalists’ organization of the College. We cater to the needs of the Benildean community by providing various services in the fields
of journalism, visual, and literary arts.
Each school year, we publish The Benildean (magazine), and annual issues of Dekunstrukt (photography folio), Horizons (art folio), and Shades of Gray (literary
folio).
Mission
The Benildean Press Corps is the student-journalists' organization of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. It is committed to provide relevant and legitimate information to the students as well as showcase their talents, skills, and creativity in upholding free and responsible journalism.
Vision
The Benildean Press Corps envisions to inform, promote awareness, showcase creativity, and empower the Benildean community and the Filipino people through relevant, timely, accurate, engaging, and truthful print and digital content. Through its efforts, the organization aims to innovate its content, improve its processes, and maintain its legacy.
It aspires to be the benchmark of campus publications among universities and colleges in the Philippines through excellent and autonomous journalistic and literary works.
