Benilde proceeds with organizational restructuring to adapt with COVID-19 challenges


To adapt to the inevitable circumstances brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) will undergo an organizational restructuring of its various departments and offices starting Sept. 1.

The changes made in the College’s organizational restructuring will be made effective on September 1, 2020 as announced in an email sent by Benilde’s Human Resource Services (HRS) yesterday, August 19.

This reorganization of departments and offices was initiated to create a more efficient and enhanced system for the administration, faculty, and other employees of the College. According to HRS, this change will also help reduce potential costs and expenses.

Additionally, this revised system allows the full optimization of operations that match the College’s strategic priorities.

This is the official list of DLS-CSB’s offices and departments, including other changes made in the restructuring:
